Refund policy
When you can get your money back.
Exam packs are digital products that unlock immediately, so we keep our refund policy simple and fair.
When you're eligible
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you haven't started any of the exams unlocked by that pack. If every unlocked exam still shows both attempts available, you're eligible.
When we can't refund
- Once you've started (used an attempt on) any exam unlocked by the pack.
- More than 7 days after the purchase date.
Technical problems
If something on our side stops you from accessing what you paid for, contact us and we'll make it right — either by fixing the issue or issuing a refund, even outside the window above.
Duplicate or accidental charges
If you were charged twice or bought the wrong pack by mistake, email us and we'll sort it out.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your purchase date. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
